Red Wine

This wine is made from grapes. The red and black grapes, which are useful for red wine, Bowl are well cleaned before making them. With that, the grapes are checked if it is good for making wines or not. The grapes are first grinded or crushed and placed in a bowl. It is then sent for fermentation process with grape chips. 

The whole process of this fermentation is converted into grape juice. Red wine is usually fermented at a higher temperature than white wine. It has a nutritional value of about 12.5 percent. Tynan is more in red Wine as compared to white wine., In the older red wine, the wine tastes different. Red in bottles stays outside for 4 months to 4 years before closing. The older is the wine, the finer it gets.


White Wine


White wine is made of both black and green grapes. Of course, it is made from fermented juice, and the seeds of the grape are extracted from the grapes and its juice is used. It is made without dimming and without crossing. However, the amount of tannins in the white wine is lower than in red. It contains about 12 percent alcohol.


Rose Wine


It's called Rose Wine because of its pink color. The rose petals are first boiled in warm water. After filtering the water, it is added with 1 percent citric acid and 3 to 4 percent sugar with other ingredients and fermented at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius for 15 days. It is low in alcohol and is not harmful to the body.


Wine from the fruit


Some wines are made from grapes. Some wines are made from a variety of fruits and cherries, and it is possible to make them from fruits. These are kept in the fermentation process for a long time for the preparation of wine. This means that the process lasts for months, even decades. As a result, it produces 9-16 percent alcohol-containing beers. A small amount of sugar is added to the scalloped wine bottle made of black and white grapes. As the sugar content is 2-3 percent, it requires a second fermentation process.


Wine from Bananas


Even bananas can be made intoxicants. In Maharashtra, wine is now made from ripe bananas after grapes. Of course, the discussion is ongoing. Maharashtra's banana production is high, and its price has been declining. There are also cottages for wine making in various places. It is expected that Aurangabad and Nasik will be allowed to produce banana wine. Similarly, if a proposal is made to make wine from bananas, it will benefit the banana farmers and the wine lovers will get a new taste of wine. On the other hand, research has already been done on the production of wine from mango juice at Balasaheb Agricultural University in Maharashtra. But it has not been available in the market.
