1. Get Relief From Cold.

To get relief from cold, first of all, Heat a cup of water, add jaggery(गुड़) to it and let it dissolve. Add some ginger and boil it. Let it cool down and store it. Do this 3-4 times a day to get instant relief from the cold.

Take an equal quantity of jaggery and sesame(तिल) and grind them with milk or lukewarm water. Heat some oil or ghee in it and apply it to the forehead and slowly you get relief from the headache.
