In the Egyptian civilization about 4,000 years ago, the saints used to wear perfumes as ornaments. The Egyptians used to bring spices from the African forests. Egyptians used perfumes in religious life, even in religious ceremonies. The murals on the walls of the royal palaces in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt show how people used to smell perfume in ancient Egyptian civilization. In 2007, archaeologists unearthed a 2,000-year-old archaeological site in Cyprus.

It is believed that in ancient times, ingredients such as coriander, henna, lavender, and rosemary were used to create fragrances. The aristocratic people of Persia used political aromas, and at the same time the Persian people had the same monopoly on the fragrance of fragrance.
