Stephano and Luigi two brothers in a small village in Switzerland started cultivating Apple by buying land in Watsonville and with that money they started a soda-making business. Younger brother Stephano started experimenting with the apple growing on the farm. And he made a recipe for apple cider. This apple cider is apple juice only but the juice is not filtered.

When alcohol was banned in America, then these apple ciders started selling very well in America and the business of these two brothers started running well. And people started liking the apple juice test very much. And its sales also started increasing.

To make apple juice, first of all, the apple is put on the conveyor belt in the factory from the big truck, after the apple is cleaned well with the help of water and the soil, the leaves attached to it are separated. After that, the apple is put in a big grinder where the apple is grinding well.

Some enzymes are added to this grinded apple. These enzymes break down the grinded apple at the cellular level. After which these grinded apples are stored in the maceration reservoir. After this these grinded apples are sent to a hydraulic press machine. In which the juice is extracted from it by pressing hydraulic. And the remaining waste things are separated.

After this, the juice is sent to the lab to test its quality. And after passing the quality test, the juice is filtered. In this, the remaining solid particle is separated. After this, the juice is sent further for pasteurization. In which the juice is heated from 22 deg Celcius to 80 deg Celcius. Due to this, all the remaining impurities end in it. Due to this, the juice can be stored for a long time.

In the second process, some more enzymes are added to the juice, due to which the juice becomes even thinner. After this, the color, and flavor is added to this juice. Due to this, the juice becomes testier and less effective in appearance. After this, the juice is packed and delivered to all of you.
