7) If there is more oil on the vessel, then make a solution of one cup of water, two spoons of baking soda and half a cup of white vinegar. Put this solution in a vessel and put it on the flame and let the water boil. After ten minutes, clean the pan with a scrub or sponge. Keep in mind that the water should be lukewarm during cleaning.

8) If black spots have settled on the vessel, then mix one teaspoon of vinegar with two teaspoons of water and offer it on the gas. Keep the flame low. Let the water boil. Switch off the flame and let it cool down. Clean with paper towel and wash with soapy water.

Types Of Non-Stick Pan Coatings.

There are many types of coatings in non-stick utensils, Let's know about them ...

Silicone Coating...

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has declared silica gel safe. However, low-level silica gel can contain deadly chemicals.

Teflon Coating...

At high temperatures, it releases perfluorinated compounds, which can be toxic.

Anodized Aluminum...

Low quality coating can contaminate food during cooking. Scratches are made on the utensils with a sharp metal utensil or spatula.

Ceramic Coating...

With continuous rubbing, the non-stick coating starts peeling off. Because of this, these non-stick utensils are less popular in the market.

Enameled Cast Iron...

It transmits heat better. Enamel does not come off easily. Better for cooking at higher temperatures. Easy to clean up too.

Granite Coating...

Due to the high concentration, it is not affected by changes in temperature. Granite is hard, so it does not deform quickly.
